A 30 day challenge

Master Calm, Control and Courage.

Thirty mornings. One short film, one exercise, one reflection each day — and one deliberate mark carved when the work is done.

Patrick Stahl, lead trainer, during a coaching session
“Personal growth is not a burst of inspiration — it is a daily drip of discipline.”

How the challenge is structured

  1. 01

    You enrol

Your name, your email, your time zone. Nothing else, and nothing shared.

  2. 02

    6am, every morning

One email opens the day: a short film, a Stoic passage, a bonus exercise and one question to answer. 90 seconds of your time, every day.

  3. 03

    You carve the mark

Once you finish your 90 seconds, write your reflection and mark the day done. Your progress follows your private link on any device.

  4. 04

    Day thirty

Thirty marks carved earns a certificate of completion, yours to print or keep.

Begin the thirty days

One film and one exercise arrive each morning at 6am, your local time. Nothing else.

Three arcs of ten days

Days 01 – 10

Calm

Days 11 – 20

Control

Drawing the line between what's yours and what isn't — and acting only on your side of it.
